Broken machine
Ice formations are mutated shapes and watered down. Soggy ice. The machine once had real shape to the nuggets and appears to be cold.
Preferred solution: A working machine that doesn’t have high pitch squeals and big metal blade chunks spitting out if it randomly

INOPERATIVE MUELLER NUGGET ICE MAKER MACHINE
I have called your Mueller Austria customer service number at 1-88*-***-**** numerous times and received a message that all representatives are busy.Could you please help me I purchased a Mueller Nugget Ice Maker Machine Model number NM-530 thru Amazon on AUGUST 13, 2022and the Amazon order number is 113-291****-460****. Several days ago the machine stopped producing ice.The defrost and add water lights turn on intermittently, and than they flash.
I cleaned the machine and filter 3 times and the machine is still inoperative.Could you please have someone contact me. I received my replacement Mueller Ultra Sonic Nugget Ice Maker Model number NM-530 last week, and I appreciate everybody that helped me to resolve my problem. I received a message from Kevin Thorp who is from Mueller customer support that I was sent a replacement but I still have no way of knowing how to contact him or the Mueller company.
Without the help from pissed.consumer.com I still would not have been able to contact Mueller company.
Could you please tell me how I can contact them in the future. When I call the customer service number at 1-888-632-**** numerous times I receive a message that all representatives are busy and I should call back later!
